Job Requirements Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day of the e-commerce website:
o Build and maintain product pages
o Monitor, update, and revise all pages (home page, side bar pages, etc)
o Inventory (sales, out-of-stock, etc)
o Create and manage discounts
o Update press and celebrity sections 1-2x per week

• Develop and implement digital mailers:
o Concept Mailer Ideas (copy, image, landing page, etc)
o Create mailer using Bronto & schedule
o Update website if required (landing page/sliders/5 Faves)

• Branding/Marketing/Media Plan(s):
o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
o Wholesale customer support related to incentives and marketing assets
o Tone/language to build and establish brand identity
o Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

o Help manage necessary changes to improve SEO/SEM functionality

• Social Media
o Work with the social media team to identify creative and innovative ways to build following across all platforms
o Manage content for various platforms

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints, website and mailer platforms such as Magento and Bronto
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
