Job Requirements
A. Education

College degree in Business Management,Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred. MBA is a plus.

B. Knowledge

Business-to-Business,corporate communications and Internet marketing knowledge preferred. Computer proficiency is required (i.e.,Microsoft Office Suite). Strong writingskills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using the Internet to doweb-based research (i.e., competitive shows, potential areas for new growth onexisting events, business development and opportunities for partnerships).

C. Experience

Minimum of 2 years of marketing consumer products or relevant and related experiencerequired.

TradeshowIndustry experience preferred.

To develop,maintain and enhance the brands of all assigned events within ReedPop. This includes the implementation and execution of all marketing activities for each assigned event and assuring those activities accurately reflect the brand personality and value propositionof each individual event. Additionally,responsible for the implementation of the on site look and feel of all assigned events and the on-site fan experience. The Brand Manager’s role is to assure the implementation of the BrandDirectors vision and plan for the marketing, brand identity, on site experience for the assigned events. Additionally,the Brand Manager will contribute through clear management of Marketing Associates and crisp execution that eachevents marketing and brand is a true reflection of our stated goal to wow everyfan and spread the currency of cool around the globe.

Responsible for implementation and execution of the overall promotional, communication andpublicity tactics to meet exhibitor, artist, professional and fans desires and needs from the assigned events.

•Full understanding of our shows and the marketing materials needed to support our brands, both consumer facing and for the sales team
•Work across functions and regions to ensure show/brand success
•Create a "one team" approach through collaboration with marketing, sales, operations and talent/content
•Support the Brand Director in driving the marketing and communication plan for all
