Job Requirements Our agency is looking for a MEDIA DIRECTOR to supervise the strategy, planning, implementation, tracking and analysis of all advertising and marketing produced for our clients. The position would be based in our New York City office and would service all of our offices throughout the US. Digital media experience combined with a progressive attitude will be critical. In this capacity, the media director supervises media planners and media buyers assigned to work on all client service teams, providing expert advice and counsel where necessary. The media director ensures that strategic objectives are kept in focus, and goals are met.

This person also prospects for new advertising and marketing opportunities for clients and the agency. The media director should have 8-10 years of experience in digital, mobile, social media and traditional media.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises media services and personnel.

• Manage media relationships across multiple company locations.

• Identifies, evaluates and manages media partners

• Evaluates the agency’s media services; recommends areas where improvement is needed; and develops plans for achieving that improvement.

• Identifies new marketing opportunities and assists in development of client marketing plans.

• Stays abreast of new developments in interactive media technology, trends and changes to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of interactive media services.
