1. Ken Segall will serve as executive creative director.

2. Valerie Hausladen will serve as the new general manager of Project Da Vinci's Austin office.

3. And now, Kelly McGinniss will head public relations for the Dell/WPP hybrid. Kelly is a former partner at Fleishman-Hillard and will be working out of the San Francisco office with 70-100 other folks.
