Here’s the latest: Sixty year old Ohio ad firm Northlich has been selected as the lead agency of record for the Ohio Lottery Commission’s advertising and creative assignments. Northich isn’t new to the lotto business having been on the Kentucky Lottery Corporation account back in 2006.
