Ty Montague, co-prez and CCO of JWT North America, has been named Chairman of the ANDYs.

Our team is very excited to work with him and look forward to his creative plans for the 2010 ANDYs."

So there you go. We're not totally surprised by this since Montague played a big role in this year's ANDYs, judging and presenting (like half the show). Interesting time to announce this, given the One Show is happening like, right now.
