Fallon Minneapolis recently advanced some young bucks to shake up their flagging shop. Here comes another new hire: John Nussbaum has left Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, to join the agency as a senior art director. Nussbaum was poached by ex-co-worker at Goodby and now ECD at Fallon, Al Kelly.

John has worked on campaigns for Emerald Nuts (RIP Goulet), HP, and Goodyear. Nussbaum has also spent time at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Foote, Cone & Belding. You can view his blog, Ad Hoc, here.
