If you remember, Ebel vacated his chief creative officer position at fellow CO shop Factory Design Labs a few months ago. Prior to his Colorado move, Ebel spent time as co-CCO at EuroRSCG Chicago and held senior creative positions at the likes of Y&R and JWT.
