Jersey Shore Eaten by Jumping Shark

Oy. Italians everywhere will gasp should they ever be unlucky enough to be associated with the Jersey “guido” as seen above in a recent promo for the new MTV show, ‘Jersey Shore.’ Anyone who’s visited the shore understands this phenomenon, and many others have come to experience it through sites (and books!) like HotChicksWithDoucheBags, which is exactly what it sounds like.

And if hearing the words ‘Jersey’ and ‘Shore’ consecutively doesn’t bring to mind the blow-out hairstyle, tight Ed Hardy shirts and women who need longer, less form-fitting shorts, it will now. If ever you needed a reason to hate MTV, let this be it.
