-Paul Fishlock, the former chairman/ECD of the now-defunct Y&R Brands unit, The Campaign Palace, has been awarded $270,000 in damages by the New South Wales Supreme Court after a two-year legal battle with his ex-employer. You can read the full court ruling here.
