When Venables Bell & Partners lost Barclays a few months ago, layoffs were expected. And though we couldn't confirm with VB&P reps, we hear more came down the pike today. Feel free to fill in the blanks if you or any of your friends suffered from the move. Sorry guys, tis the nature of the beast.

Blogger Jason Yee wrote about the loss back in May, and predicted (correctly it seems) that he and others would be out of work before too long. He's not a creative, as best we can tell, which is no surprise to anyone.
