Elizabeth James-Lipscomb, co-owner and art director of JBD Group, is the runner-up in the recent over-40 modeling contest sponsored by More magazine. Liz beat out 14,000 other women to take home the title. Her firm, based in Milwaukee , has clients such as Allen-Edmonds Corp., Bath and Body Works and Horizon Health Care on its roster, but the 43-year-old is leaving it all behind for the rush of the modeling biz.
