Robert Sullinger is the owner of Great Plains Group a strategic public affairs consulting firm in Illnois. The 59-year-old Sullinger was paid more than $1.5 million in federal grant funds from 1999 through 2004 to produce and post billboards and posters throughout Illinois, about the dangers of drunk riving, but um... he allegedly spent just a wee bit of it. Dude, supposedly tried to rip off the government for about $500,000 and when they came to ask him about it, he lied to the FBI!

If you look at the company's website, you gotta believe this is just a front to yield some cash money. Sullinger, an ex-TV newsman, will have his day in court on March 17th.
