A city lays in ruins as vandals wreak havoc throughout setting fires, robbing banks and stealing an old lady’s purse. A call is sent to “Super” man to save the day, only he’s a little preoccupied at the moment. With Direct TV showcasing over 6,000 movies and shows, our superhero is too busy channel-surfing to bother.

We’d like to think that someone with super powers wouldn’t just be another couch potato like the rest of us, though, I guess having powers after a while gets a little played out and you’d just like to chillax and watch the tube for a bit. It’s a bit of a yawn compared to the hilarious “Opulence” piece not too long ago. Everything can’t be super after all.
