-Draftfcb NY and its client, Jamaica Tourist Board, have teamed up for a Valentine’s-themed digital effort in which your romantic tweets to significant others (followed by #jamaicavalentine) could be etched in Jamaican sand and put on display for the world to see. As we speak, a team from Draftfcb and client executives are at a private beach in Frenchman’s Cove, Port Antonio, Jamaica vetting the tweets. link

-Nearly three months after nabbing AOR duties for Joe’s Crab Shack, McCann NY has bowed its first campaign for the brand (above), which is part of Ignite Restaurant Group, a company that has also recently acquired Romano’s Macaroni Grill for $55 million in cash.

-Omnicom posted its Q4 2012 results, which include a 2.4 percent worldwide revenue increase from Q4 2011. link

-JWT North America president/chief integration officer Mike Geiger, DDB Worldwide CCO Amir Kassaei and Havas CCO Jason Peterson have joined the Executive Jury of the 2013 New York Festivals International Advertising Awards. link

-Commercial production companies Tomboy and Looking Glass Films have formed an alliance for mutual representation, thus bringing together a directorial roster including David Mamet, Roman Polanski, Renny Harlin, Danny Boyle and more. EP June Guterman presides Looking Glass Films, whose roster will be represented in the UK by Tomboy Films, overseen by MDs Glynis Murray and Barnaby Spurrier.
