After spending 14 years at the Martin Agency, Rob Schapiro has packed up his belongings and moved to Steelers country as he’s joined Pittsburgh-based Brunner as ECD/content. The 30-year ad industry vet will partner up and share creative responsibilities with ECD/visual arts, Jay Giesen, who has spent over eight years at Brunner.

During his lengthy stay in Richmond, VA, Schapiro served as co-creative director on the global Saab business, helped reposition Miller’s MGD brand and was involved with integrated communications for sometimes annoying ESPN show, SportsNation (yes, Colin Cowherd gets on our nerves). Anyhow, Schapiro’s other notable agency stints include creative directing roles at The Richards Group and Ketchum.
