Kevin Bacon, er, Ivan Cobenk Puts Items Up for Sale

Kevin Bacon channels his inner Kathy Bates yet again in a new ad for Logitech and plays his biggest fan, namely Ivan Cobenk. Unlike the last spot, though, this one has purpose (besides promoting the Logitech/Google TV alliance), with the goal being to serve Bacon’s charitable organization, What an apt name.

Cobenk, guess we can call him, is putting his beloved items up for sale including the Kevin Bacon oil painting, and those who choose to participate will be transported to eBay to make a bid. It’s a non-profit effort for Bacon’s charity, which like Bacon himself, connects to others.

Kevin Bacon Worships Kevin Bacon Thanks to Logitech, Google TV

This spot from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners for the Logitech Revue with Google TV stars Ivan Cobenk, aka Kevin Bacon, who is an obsessed fan of, yes, Kevin Bacon (during the Footloose era of course) and uses his Revue to keep him immersed in everything Bacon. So much for a six degrees game.

Well, while we know for sure you won’t have a problem finding anything Bacon-related, it would be nice to see a little diversity. It would only help the product. Peep full credits after the jump.
