So, What Were Folks Really Thinking During the WPP/Vice Upfront?

About a month ago, Vice and WPP threw what some deemed a “boozy upfront” down on Wall Street to say hello to advertisers. Vice co-founder Shane Smith and Martin Sorrell, whose holding company bought a minority stake in the growing media giant a year ago, were both in attendance as were 300+ industry folks who seemed absolutely thrilled with goings-on. Well, that is if we’re to believe the person or persons behind a new Tumblr site called Blazing Couture, who apparently picked up the notes left behind at the event (apparently, everyone got notepads) and posted. We can’t determine the validity of the paper trail, but we sure do get a kick out of it. Above and below are just a couple of examples.
