After a day filled with departures, why not do a 180 and focus on hirings? TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, which me may or may not be familiar with, built up its planning department this week (the creative dept. is another story) with the addition of Neil Saunders, Catherine Heath (pictured) and Clyde McKendrick.

Heath as you may remember left Modernista! after eight months (we were initially told she was headed to Deutsch) while Saunders held executive management posts at Grey London, BBDO and Leo Burnett. McKendrick meanwhile carries 14 years of experience as a strategy director and started his own consultancy, MILK, most recently.
