Despite suffering a few recent setbacks with the sudden departures of Al Kelly and Hashem Bajwa, TBWA\Chiat\Day LA is moving on somewhat.

The agency has bumped Dan Goldstein up to Executive Director of Planning, which calls for him to now oversee a department of 35 planners and actively work with TBWA LA president Carisa Bianchi to “further develop and drive TBWA’s Disruption philosophy and Media Arts practice” according to the release.

Goldstein, a three-year TBWA LA vet who has been overseeing global planning efforts for Visa, began his career at BBH London, then moved to St. Luke’s and Goodby before landing at his current home.
