And in another online quiz related to SXSW, we present Zolted, which is Ted Baker’s “traveling mystic and diviner of circus fortunes” that seems likely inspired by the fortune-telling character from Big.
The interactive, multi-channel campaign invites users to take a brief personality quiz to determine their “true circus character.” Once their character has been determined, users may upload a photo to superimpose their face onto the character they’ve been awarded. What’s more, participating in the quiz automatically enters site visitors for a chance to win “a trip for two to Cirque du Soleil at the O2, including a three night stay in London with round trip travel.”
Beginning today, and for each day spanning the duration of the campaign, Ted Baker will release one of six short videos, “filmed on location with the performers of Gifford’s Circus in the UK.” They will then ask users to recreate the circus act and share it over Instagram using #Zolted and tagging @ted_baker. The first fifty to participate in each challenge will receive an exclusive Ted Baker tote bag. The campaign will also include “pop-up popcorn carts and photo opportunity cut out boards at select stores across North America and the UK.” Head on over to the Zolted site to give a try for yourself, and find out which circus character you are.
