The Real Reason Behind the Kardashian/Old Navy Suit: Sears

Those diligent, smug gossipers at TMZ are reporting that Kim Kardashian‘s suit against Old Navy was not actually filed because of the brand’s use of a “Faux-dashian” in its CP+B-created adverts, but to protect her relationship with Sears, which her and her family have a huge deal with. Yes folks, the lawsuit/ruse/diversion is pretty much due to the upcoming Kardashian Kollection (*facepalm*), which is a bedding/clothing line that Sears is launching in about 45 days. Like most of you we imagine, the retailer is counting down. So now that the truth has been revealed,  does this mean Old Navy and CP+B will carry on as is?
