-WPP/GroupM unit MediaCom has retained its Brand USA biz after a “rigorous competitive review.” MediaCom has been working with the public-private partnership that promotes travel to the U.S. since 2011.

-New York-based Zeta Interactive has appointed its first-ever chief information office in GSI Commerce alum, Dr. Jeffry Nimeroff.

-El Segundo, CA-based David&Goliath has welcomed Matt Sherman as ACD and Jamie Simms as account director. Sherman, who served in a similar role at Mullen LA prior to joining D&G, will work on Kia while Simms, a former Grey NY account director on Diageo brands, will oversee client initiatives for Universal Studios Hollywood, New York-New York Hotel & Casino and Brooklyn Gin in her new role.
