-Finnish firm hasan & partners has acquired a 51% stake in digital-focused, Stockholm/Amsterdam-based shop Perfect Fools. Patrick Gardner, CEO of Perfect Fools, explains, “As an independent creative agency with digital roots, joining forces with our friends at hasan & partners enables us to better answer the integrated briefs we see more of. Although we already work with many clients on more than just digital, now we can offer greater and wider capabilities.
