We've received a number of tips regarding the purchase of Nitro Group by Sapient (SAPE). Though it would be good timing for Nitro, we have been unable to confirm this purchase with both Nitro and Sapient. Nitro representation patently denied the purchase and Sapient never got back to me. Update: It appears the Wall Street Journal has heard the same thing we have. An article there quotes a "person close to the deal" who claims the arrangement is worth $50 million for Nitro. You need a subscription to read the whole thing.
