This position, located in New York City, NY, will report directly to the Director of Global Communications and will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including: content management for multiple websites, email communications, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and analytics.

• Manage content for all of the AlixPartners’ external web sites, including sites in multiple languages (no knowledge of non-English languages required)
• Update content, including: news mentions, press releases, consultant biographies, and other content
• Convert PDF versions of thought leadership into digital content, including basic HTML formatting (moderate to strong understanding of HTML and CSS required)
• Format firm HTML e-mail communications
• Execute social media strategies that are tied to brand initiatives using social media management tools
• Corporate social media accounts, both firm content and regular updates
• Individual expert accounts across industries and service lines
• Corporate LinkedIn groups
• Maintain and communicate consistent search engine optimization practices for existing and new website content
• Manage paid search campaigns through Google AdWords
• Manage day to day website analytics and reporting to marketing leads and leadership across industries and service lines
• Effectively communicate digital marketing goals and activities with marketing leads, service line leaders, and industry leaders

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in laying out content using DotNetNuke content management system
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools
• Advanced knowledge of search based marketing, both organic and paid
• Experience of Interaction or other CRM system
• Well rounded marketing skills and understanding of, or a background working with, professional services firms
• Detail and process oriented
• Strong organizational, communication, and layout skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast moving environment

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year university
• Two to four years’ experience in related fields with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge and experience with website design, graphics, video/flash, PDF, HTML, XML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of relevant hardware/software applications and techniques used in web site design, development and maintenance
