Alan has been instrumental in developing the HoneyLizer real-time best-fit optimization products for brands and social apps and the games industry, and focusing on building its future generation of predictive optimization products and application markets. Alan is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led a company in the wireless and mobile communications space and has established it as a world-leader, bringing it to high growth with consistent profitability and a successful exit. Alan holds engineering degrees from CUNY and Carnegie Mellon and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern.

Projjol is Director of Marketing at SponsorPay, an award-winning Berlin-based start-up that provides an innovative advertising solution for the monetization of premium content or virtual currency on social networks, virtual worlds, mobile apps as well as online games and services. Previously, he worked in London as VP Marketing for mobile payments company Surfpin. Projjol was awarded an MBA by the Saïd Business School in 2009. At Oxford, he was a member of the university’s lightweight rowing programme. Prior to that, he earned degrees in computer science and informatics from DePauw University and Indiana University.

Emeric is the co-founder of AgoraPulse (www.agorapulse.com), a European based Facebook Marketing Technology launched in 2011. AgoraPulse is currently being used by more than 4,000 Facebook Pages across 27 countries and is expanding internationally through strategic local partners.
He is one of the European pioneers in the field of Social Media Marketing. The first company he co-founded in 2000 was a technology allowing brands to create their own white label social network, this was 4 years before Ning or Facebook.
He has advised French and international brands such as Virgin Megastores, FIA and Microsoft. He is a member of the Board of the Social Media Club in Paris, France and is a regular speaker at European conferences such as iStrategy, Digital Paris and eMarketing.
Jon shot to prominence in 2009 with his 'Rage Against The X Factor' social media campaign, described by many as one of the greatest social media campaigns of all-time. He now runs the BIG OTHER social and digital agency.

Jamie is a Social Account Consultant for Adobe. He has worked with a wide variety of brands across breadth of verticals including Automotive, Travel, Entertainment, E-commerce, and Gaming. He specializes in helping brands conceive, implement, manage and measure their social presence. His background in live theatre allows him to combine creative and compelling content with actionable data and insights.

Oana is Managing Director for Syncapse EMEA & APAC, overseeing strategic engagements and growth for clients such as AB Inbev, Reckitt Benckiser, The Coca Cola Company, RIM, Diageo. She has extensive experience in business development, brand building, customer acquisition and retention mechanics as well as analytics.
With a strong belief that technology is a force for good, Oana Neumayer is passionate about how social media can change attitudes and shift perceptions.
A Sloan Fellow, Oana has a Master of Science (MSc) in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.

Tom’s career in digital has taken him from mobile marketing through digital and finally found him in his natural home in Social Media. Tom is a strong digital all rounder and a respected regular on the conference speaking circuit.
Vice President and General Manager, Digital
Megan joined Merkle in November 2010 to lead the display media division, which is focused on delivering targeting, insights and measurement to advertisers on the IMPAQT Trading platform. She is responsible for business development, servicing and technology partnerships.
Prior to joining Merkle, Megan led the Professional Services team at the Right Media Exchange, a Yahoo Company. She was responsible for Right Media’s in-house demand-side platform including servicing and platform strategy. In addition, Megan and her team were responsible for providing consulting services to agencies, advertisers, media trading desks and publishers.
Pagliuca received an MBA from Bond University in Queensland Australia, where she studied E-commerce and Internet Marketing. She also holds a BA from the University of San Diego, where she majored in Business Administration and Information Systems.

Matt Peters is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Pandemic Labs, the nation's leading social media marketing and analytics agency. Fabio Pigo is currently serving as Vice President Europe at Adknowledge with the remit of significantly growing its footprint and overall business across most European markets, also by leveraging Adknowledge’s strong social media offerings. Following an early fast track career in consumer goods, between 1998 and 2005 Fabio led the digital transformation of the Electrolux Group and then moved on to running an internet retail company and later a digital media business in the daily deals and geo-located offerings space. He also consulted large corporate clients as a subject matter expert around digital media, internet marketing and multi-channel commerce when at IBM and more recently had a short remit in the digital directories space with European Directories. Italian national Fabio lives and works in London and holds an MBA from Henley.

Ruben Quinones is the Director of New Media @ Path Interactive where he provides forward thinking leadership for the company’s social media marketing processes and is the lead for client Facebook marketing programs. Additional responsibilities includes strategic consulting, key project management for client digital strategy and execution.
Ruben is also a Adjunct professor @ NYU teaching “Facebook Marketing“, and “Examining Social Media Networks for Brand Value”, courses in the Digital Media Marketing Certificate Program.
A seasoned online marketing professional, prior to joining Path Interactive, Ruben’s related experience includes founding and marketing a one of the Internet’s first vertical search directories, directed at property managers, and was an advertising internet consultant for Verizon Information Services for national and regional brands.
VP Business Development, Brand Advertising, Global
James started his career in Hong Kong and Dubai where he held a couple of posts within ad agencies working on accounts as diverse as IKEA and Toyota. He then spent time on the client side at Disney within the Gulf region. On returning to the UK James has spent the majority of his career on the media owner side at senior posts within the Outdoor and TV industry.
For the last 4 ½ years James has been working exclusively within the gaming space. First as Sales Director Europe for IGA, working across prestigious brands such as Playstation and EA Games, selling a variety of formats from game sponsorship and brand integration through to more standard online formats.
James joined SupersonicAds early this year as VP Business Development, Brand Advertising, Global. He is in charge of Europe and the US markets. He is a lead member of the IAB, set up to promote a deeper understanding of gaming as a medium to both clients and agencies.

Vice President of Social Media
Vincent started his career in 2001 as Head of Online at MCI WorldCom in France, leading internet, extranet and intranet digital marketing and technical development with a strong focus on building customers’ communities. He then co-founded Mobilabs, a B2B2C multi channel social software developer and publisher, ranking top 3 in France in the social networking space in 2004. In 2005, Mobilabs merged with a moderation agency and Vincent left the company. In 2006, Vincent joined BT Retail to provide support in building online communities within the online gaming space through a partnership with Sony, delivering a video and voice chat based community in EMEA on the Sony Playstation. Vincent then moved to BT Wholesale in 2009 where he led the Social Media and Online Gaming strategy, with a strong focus on using social as a monitoring and customer support capability.
