Aerify Media is seeking an Account Manager for its growing business. The ideal candidate should work well in a collaborative, open environment, while also having the ability to work independently regularly, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• High energy, be results driven, customer oriented and self-motivated
• Dedication to client service
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment
• Digital advertising sales/sales support experience is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
• BA/BS degree preferred
Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of advertising campaigns
• Manage customer expectations, performance reporting, and ensure clients receive superior customer service
• Maintain business relationships with accounts and develop new opportunities
• Working cross functionally to implement plans to achieve goals.
• Assist Sales Team in meeting and exceeding sales goals through effective campaign strategy and optimization
• Support the sales team by responding to RFP requests
• Manage advertiser reconciliation and billing coordination with finance department
• Grow revenue and track retention of managed accounts
• Facilitate campaign trafficking with internal cross functional teams
