Job Requirements General Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Senior Program Director, 5Loom, the Social Marketing Program manager will manage the day-to-day and overall strategies for both campaigns and full-service enterprise social media management for global Fortune 500 brands.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage day-to-day workflow, work product and innovation for key social media Agency of Record accounts.

2. Daily responsibilities include:
a. Develop and concept strategic social marketing plans
content development, procurement and scheduling in multiple social media channels.
b. Rapid response workflow and consultation
c. Paid social management
d. Analytics/reporting and insights
e. General client management
f. General strategic/tactical consultation

3. Overall responsibilities include:
a. Develop and concept strategic social marketing plans
b. Provide strategic support to new business and service-development activities
c. Manage the workflow, professional development and responsibilities of cross functional
d. Social Marketing team members
e. Manage monitoring and reporting for multiple accounts across all business units

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. 5-7 years of social marketing, digital marketing experience

2. Experience in Outdoor, Automotive, Sports industries preferred

3. Writing and concepting creative content across social channels

4. Attention to detail, project management and complex workflow management

5. Creative concepting and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns

6. Leading the development of research methodologies to inform strategic planning activities

7. Strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns

8. Relationshipping with social influencers

9. Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs

10. Storytelling through the use of data and research

11. Agency experience or global Fortune 500 brand experience preferred

12. Expert in social content development and paid social media

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment, where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or smoke.
