Job Requirements Am I qualified?
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
• Experience in online publishing/media is a plus
• Ideal candidates will have some knowledge and understanding of content management systems.
• Proficiency in blog posting and social media is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Very strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with and build relationships with personnel at all levels, including staff, board members, and internal/external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers (both domestic and international) in a clear, focused and concise manner. Must possess proficient proofreading and editing skills.
• Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer/client service and response

About Our Company Executive Assistant

We are a fast-growing global professional services firm with a primary concentration in association management and communications. Additional services include meetings and conference management, digital marketing and strategic advice. What are we looking for?
We are seeking a creative, energetic and well-organized Executive Assistant who will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The Executive Assistant must be creative and have good social media skills.

Primary Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will act as the center point person for the operation of the CEO brand content. Responsibilities include handling incoming correspondence, maintaining office operations, drafting and sending contracts, liaise with U.S. and international offices. Website responsibilities will include posting and engaging in social media, site comment moderation, overseeing feedback and queries, troubleshooting, data analysis, and maintaining contact lists.
