If you’re a designer looking for a cool tech job, you’ll be thrilled to know that Twitter is hiring.

You may not be too thrilled by the competition though (we imagine its steep), but hey – nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Working at Twitter takes a special sort of someone. As its (relatively new) VP of Design, Mike Davidson recently shared, you need to be comfortable with not knowing everything – because you can’t. Working at Twitter is like using Twitter, meaning you’ll catch about 1% of what’s going on there.

And interestingly, it’s the design team that’s hiring right now. This team continues to expand, “from a small handful of people to almost 40, [so] everyone and no one is a veteran, which really levels the playing field.”
