Help
If you have a question about Twitter, just ask me.
Go ahead. Ask me anything. As long as it’s Twitter-related, I’m happy to help.
It’s free, it’s easy, and I don’t bite.
Why have I done this? I get a ton of questions sent to me on Twitter and within the comments sections on this blog, and sometimes I get the feeling visitors want to ask me for more information but feel like they’re over-stepping their boundaries, or don’t know where to post their questions.
Just to clarify a little. I certainly do not consider myself to be the ‘be all and end all’ of Twitter, nor do I feel I know more than anybody else. We’re all learning, all of the time. But I’d like to help out where I can.
Some things you might be curious about:
- How to get started
- How to get more followers
- Twitter privacy settings
- Configuration of Twitter software
- Recommendations
- People you should follow
- Any problems you are having on Twitter
I’ll be monitoring the comments in here closely and will reply as soon as possible. Feel free to weigh in with your own comments and thoughts. Everybody can and should help out. I encourage community. All I ask is that you stay on topic – anything that breaches my normal comments policy will be nuked.
Don’t be shy. Have a question about Twitter? Ask me. And if you find my advice useful, all I ask in return is a retweet of this post (click the button at the top of the page).
