As a small business owner, what are your digital marketing priorities heading into 2014?
A new survey by j2 Global revealed that more than 28 percent of small businesses are planning to increase their online presence, with email (23 percent) and mobile marketing (13.76 percent) top of their wish list.
Social media didn’t make the upper echelons of marketing priorities for 2014, but 43 percent of SMBs say that they will or plan to use Twitter mobile apps next year, alongside Facebook (70 percent) and Instagram (16 percent).
