Customer support has changed.
Platforms such as Twitter and Facebook work two ways – they’re fantastic for brands to raise awareness of products and services, drive website footfall and boost sales, but they also give the customer a bigger voice, too.
Twitter has been cited as a top 10 business by millennials, with one in five using the social network to follow their favourite brands.
You see, the thing about the internet is that it’s forever.
When something is published online, it’s there for keeps. Everybody can look at it. Everybody can comment on it. And everybody can share it. And social media has made this worse.
