Not because they don’t get any. No, it’s because they can take all that they want. That’s right – one of the perks of working at Twitter is the company doesn’t track employee vacation days. Instead, they believe that because Twitter is such a great place to work, you’ll simply take what you need, and whatever you need is what you’ll take, without any worry that you’ll abuse the system.
Of course, this only works because Twitter is a great place to work. But they’re not alone in this creative approach to employee perks – Zynga, Pinterest, AirBnB, Automattic, Google and others all offer benefits to staff, including travel cash, rental cars, meals, childcare and more, all free.
