Q&A specialists InboxQ analysed millions of Twitter profiles and determined that 66 per cent of all users have entered an actual, legitimate city in their Twitter profile.
And that other third? Well, they put all manner of quirky names as their location, including such gems as Pig’s Eye, Million Dollar Sand Bar and Shark City (and who wouldn’t want to live there?). And by matching these ‘places’ up with the user’s actual location, InboxQ have put together a fun infographic that takes a look at America according to Twitter.
