Twitter has released its Blackberry app version 10.2, and the enhancements are numerous.

A walk through the added functionality, below.

Photos: Twitter for Blackberry 10.2 lets you save photos that are shared on Twitter straight to your BlackBerry. When you long press on a photo in full screen mode, you’ll have the option to save it to your camera roll.

Added DM functionality: You can now view, reply, and compose DMs through the BlackBerry Hub (hard to imagine this didn’t already exist).

Search: An enhanced search offers username and hashtag suggestions as you type your queries, plus you’re now able to view your recent and saved searches.

Timelines: Twitter has widened timelines to fill the screen for better browsing. In addition, now when you log into Twitter from your BlackBerry, you’ll automatically be taken to the top of your tweet stream.
