Adobe Launches a PDF Maker for Android

Adobe has just released a new app that will let you make PDFs from your Android tablet.

You can use the app to access a new web service which will convert your documents to PDF. Many formats are supported, including doc, Excel, ppt, rtf, txt,WordPerfect, and more. Conversions won’t actually take place on your phone, which is a plus. This means you don’t have to worry about the app smothering your underpowered Android gadget. The app works with any files stored on your device and it can convert docs found elsewhere (email attachments, for example).

Adobe CreatePDF is selling for $9.99 right now on the Android Market. For more details, check out the demo video:
