Amazon’s new Kindle Fire HDX ships today. The Kindle Fire HDX7 is part of Amazon’s new line of Kindle Fires.
The device runs Amazon’s new Kindle Fire OS 3.0 “Mojito.” The HDX 7 has a high resolution display at 323 pixels per inch screen. The HDX 7 has a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor which runs at 2.2 GHz. This is 3x the processing power of the previous generation Kindle Fire. It costs $229.
