Want to star in your favorite band’s video? Now you can cut yourself in with a new iOS app from German software company Algoriddim. The $9.99 app, called vjay, that lets you mix your favorite music videos from iTunes with your personal videos and music. (This includes stuff you’ve shot with your iPhone/iPad).
Once you’ve mashed up your favorite images and sounds, you can share your video remixes on TV and social networks. Here is more from iTunes: “vjay lets you get creative with your content, display directly to a TV, stream wirelessly via Apple TV, or record your performances live to share on your favorite social channels.” We’ve embedded a video of the app above so that you can check it out.
This is the second app from Algoriddim, the company’s first app djay, a sound mixing app for DJs, was the winner of the 2011 Apple Design Award for iPad.
