App Bundles

Latest MacHeist Bundle Now Available – Offers 15 Apps For $29

MacHeist is back again this week with a new app bundle and it is a good one. Once again the have brought together 15 useful apps (including a number of games like Jurassic Park and BioShock 2 which make me wish I could get in on this deal). This bundle also includes many other top-tier Mac apps like Evernote (with a 1 year subscription), Scrivener, and Courier.

Like the last bundles, this one includes 3 titles which are locked until a certain number of bundles are sold. Firetask is only going to be added to the bundle after 25,000 have been sold and it will take even more purchases before Bioshock 2  will be available for download.

Bundle Hunt Launches New App Bundle for OSX

It looks like bundles of discounted apps and ebooks are going to be the hot new sales trick for 2013, and Bundle Hunt is getting in on the act. This site has just announced a new offer for a bundle of OSX apps.

For $50 you can get eight different high quality apps, two ebooks on web design, and a handful of WordPress themes. This offer includes such titles as Kinemac, Moneywell, Garage Sale, and more. I’m not all that familiar with OSX apps, so I cannot recommend any particular title. But if you don’t recognize the names then you should probably Google them and read a review or two first.

But even if not all of the apps are worth getting, this bundle should still be a good deal. For $50 you are getting apps which would normally retail for over $1,200.  If just three of the apps prove useful, you will still come out ahead.
