No-eBook List: Monday, March 29, 2010

The No-eBook list is growing, with more authors names coming in all the time (thanks everyone who’s submitted names so far; they haven’t all been added yet, but will be soon). At present, it’s all fiction. Lots of mystery writers, which, again, is a surprise, given how well-suited to the eBook form mysteries are, given that they’re usually read voraciously and in quick succession.
Readers also pointed out some other amazing absences from the eBook world: J.D. Salinger! William Faulkner! Why bother reading if you can’t read those guys?
Also prepare not to be able to eRead Sherman Alexie, J.K. Rowling, Roberto Bolano, W.G. Sebald, and a whole mess of other great writers.
A question: how can we organize, reorganize, or display this list so it’s more useful and interesting to you? And please keep those comments and tips with authors’ names a-comin’
The full list is posted after the break.
