WingedChariot Announces First eBook Apps for WebOS
WingedChariot, a specialist in enhanced eBooks, will soon port its eBook apps to webOS. This publisher has 5 apps currently available for the iPad.
Neal Hoskins, publisher at WingedChariot says: “I have long admired the polish and beauty of HP’s webOS. With close links to web development and HP rolling out a whole ecosystem of smartphones and tablet devices running the webOS we’d love our rich and colourful children’s stories to be available to HP customers.
This is the first eBook developer to announce that it will support webOS, and that’s a big deal. eBook apps are a small market niche, and like any small business, funds are limited. But apparently WingedChariot believes it is worth the risk, and that is a vote of confidence that webOS needs in order to grow.
