David Letterman Spoofs Verizon iPhone

David Letterman spoofed the new Verizon iPhone on last night’s show. Acting like he barely knew what a “miniature phone” is, Letterman explained that the iPhone has problems with dropped calls “hooked up to The AT&T.” He went on to point out that Verizon is trying to help and showed the above video.

In the video a voice over actress says, “Verizon Wireless is proud to be the new home of the iPhone. And while our service does have some limitations compared to AT&T, it couldn’t be easier to get around them.” The video goes on to suggest plans in which consumers buy multiple iPhones in order to get simultaneous phone and Internet service.
