Digital Comic Books Available For Review

Dark Horse has partnered with Diamond Book Distributors and NetGalley to bring 20 titles a month to reviewers, librarians and booksellers in the digital format.

Dark Horse will be one of the first comic publishers to bring digital books to reviewers. This isn’t a surprise as these days as publishers are releasing more digital comics in stores like Barnes & Noble’s Nook Store and iTunes. NetGalley’s platform supports full-color, illustrated graphic novels, as well as audio and video files.

Micha Hershman, VP of Marketing at Dark Horse, had this statement: “Dark Horse has a proud tradition of innovation and we’re pleased to work with another innovator—NetGalley—to make early reading copies of our titles available to reviewers, booksellers, librarians and our partners in the media around the world.”
