Electronic Arts Releases Scrabble App For Kindle

Do you spend hours reading on your Kindle? Well here is another use for it. Electronic Arts has released Scrabble app for Kindle. While Jeff Bezos likes to say that Kindles are more for reading and iPads are more for gaming, the Kindle just got more fun for word building.

The new app is available for $4.99 in the Kindle Store. You can play against other friends on their Kindles in “pass and play mode” or “challenge mode” or you can play against the machine by yourself. You can also keep track of your stats and pause games if you need to take a break.

There is no better excuse to take a break from reading that to work on your seven letter words.
