Hackers & Cop Guides Make Top Android Book Apps List

A guide to breaking the law and a guide to enforcing it both made the Android Books & Reference App Top Ten list this week. The Hackers Handbook app teaches readers how to crack Wi-Fi passwords and hack into email and Facebook accounts. The U.S. Cop app trains readers on how to detect concealed weapons, how to investigate an accident and how to perform CPR.
