In a new infographic from Online Universities, you can see how tablets and mobile devices have become a powerful tool for schools and universities. As you can see above, iTunes U has already been downloaded 14 million times since it was introduced earlier this year.

According to the chart (embedded below), 70 percent of college students have used a digital textbook and 66 percent believe that tablets “help them study more efficiently.” These figures will only increase over the next few years.
