James Bond eBooks Come To The UK

A number of James Bond titles have been released as eBooks in the UK.

The estate of Ian Fleming has published the digital versions of the 007 series, under the imprint Ian Fleming Publications. The series includes are fourteen titles such as Casino Royale, Live and Let Die and Diamonds Are Forever. The eBooks  went on sale today through various UK eBook retailers including Amazon UK and Waterstones.

The Bond series was initially launched in the eBook format in the U.S. in 2008. Discount Vouchers UK has more: “The books were sold with a Sony special edition Amazon Kindles and 007 Reader. According to Turner, the digital sales of the series in the US are already 10% higher than the print sales and Kindle sales for the year are above last years as well. Tuner also reported that the late author was a fan of technology and would have enjoyed having his books being accessible in electronic format.”
