Kobo Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Digital publishing company Kobo is celebrating their one-year anniversary today.

Since launching a year ago today, Kobo has sold “millions of eBooks to customers in over 100 countries” and “distributed millions of free eBooks to over 1.3 million registered users and millions of free users.”

The company has also released two different eReaders –one with Wi-Fi- as well as number of eReader apps. In addition, since Kobo launched, the company has partnered with a number of publishers and has built a catalog with more than 2.2 million eBooks, newspapers and magazines.
